Overcoming challenges and failures develop good leadership qualities. Most successful people have learned from their failures. Every obstacle should be considered as a steppingstone. Knowing that one can overcome obstacles, learn from struggles and benefit from mistakes lays a solid foundation for success in life. I chose to be determined and persistent to overcome my struggles which helped me build my inner strength and gain confidence.

When I look back at how I have overcome my struggles, I feel proud of myself, and I thank God for giving me the patience, wisdom, strength, and understanding to overcome the most challenging periods in my life. I remained focused and determined not to give up. My family and friends gave me the encouragement and support that I needed and wanted. Sometimes hardships in life might make us feel that everything is over in our life, but when we encounter notable examples of determination, and we understand that when approached with the proper mindset, adversity can bring success. Our weakest moments should be considered as opportunities rather than limitations.
